Products & Capabilities

Nanocrystalline cores and silicon steel cores are our main products. Cores for PT and CT transformers are the line where our price, technology and capacity advantage is strongest, and the nanocrystalline ribbon we make ourselves is exported to customers in many countries. Specification ranges below cover standard production; dimensions outside these ranges are quoted per drawing.

PT Core

Designed for voltage transformers in metering panels, switchgear and substations, supporting accuracy class 0.2 / 0.5 / 1 designs with low ratio error. Protection windings are built on cores with controlled saturation behaviour, so residual voltage and earth fault signals stay within the relay's operating range during system faults.

  • Optimised magnetic path for low ratio and phase error
  • Protection class 3P / 6P cores with defined saturation characteristics for earth fault and open-delta residual voltage circuits
  • Stable ratio error under short-time overvoltage and fault conditions
  • Dual-core and multi-core assemblies that separate metering and protection windings in one PT
  • Available in nanocrystalline and silicon steel versions
  • Matched to standard PT window and stack dimensions
  • Insulation and encapsulation compatible with resin casting
  • Sample verification against customer accuracy class target

CT Core

Covers metering CT, protection CT and combined cores for energy meters, switchgear, busbar systems and new energy converters. Precision metering grades serve revenue-grade energy meters, power quality analyzers and smart power management systems, where stable ratio error at low load current and long-term drift control determine billing accuracy and monitoring reliability.

  • Precision metering cores for class 0.2S / 0.5S revenue-grade energy meters and power quality monitoring
  • Stable ratio and phase error at 1% - 120% rated current for smart power management and AMI systems
  • Low long-term drift, supporting multi-year metering accuracy without recalibration
  • Dual-core and multi-core assemblies that combine metering and protection windings
  • Good overcurrent behaviour for protection cores
  • Tape wound, cut core and stacked constructions
  • Dimensional inspection report per batch

Raw Material

Nanocrystalline Ribbon — Made In-House, Exported Worldwide

Ribbon is the largest cost element in a nanocrystalline core. We cast and slit it ourselves, which removes one margin layer from your quotation and keeps thickness tolerance and surface quality under the same batch record as the finished core. Beyond our own core lines, this ribbon is widely exported to core makers and transformer manufacturers in other countries, supplied as coil, spool or slit strip.
